  • MBA from a premier B School
  • 5+ years of experience in a strategy, sales operation, business operation, or finance role, preferably in a global, matrixed organization
  • Strong business-process design experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in unclearly defined spaces and instill structure and control
  • Passionate, detail-oriented, analytical, with excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Experienced at working with applications to automate manual processes

Responsibilities

  • Managing financial reporting and analysis for a segment, ensuring timeliness, completeness, and accuracy of reporting
  • Developing metrics and reports to manage sales pipeline, billed revenue, and quota attainment
  • Leading development and implementation of forecast models/methodologies, owning quantitative analysis of sales team performance
  • Developing and implementing performance dashboards that encompass key metrics
  • Making recommendations and supporting the evolution, integration, and implementation of business intelligence and CRM tools
  • Identifying opportunities to improve the operating cadence and reporting processes, implementing process enhancements and automation where possible
  • Leading territory planning, account segmentation, and quota development
  • Owning the Operating Cadence calendar for the business, including scheduling regular business reviews, updating and publishing the calendar, and communicating changes to stakeholder groups
  • Supporting the Monthly Business Review (MBR) process, including coordinating data collection, analysis, presentation preparation, and facilitation of the monthly review meeting
  • Supporting the Quarterly Business Review (QBR), Area Demand Gen, and Forecasting cadence processes
  • Supporting the leadership team, ensuring all necessary metrics, performance updates, and action items are captured and communicated effectively
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with geo and global teams (e.g., finance, marketing, billing, product management, customer support) to ensure alignment and consistency in cadence, processes, and performance management
