5+ years of experience in Sales or Customer Success Enablement, or a related role supporting field sales teams
Proven success designing and executing enablement programs that lead to measurable business outcomes
Hands-on experience and strong knowledge of the Command of the Message methodology
Strong communication, facilitation, and superior stakeholder management skills
Proficiency with enablement platforms (e.g., Docebo, Highspot, Seismic) and content creation tools (e.g., Articulate, Synthesia)
Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to improve team productivity and program impact
Must be able to lawfully work within the country of employment and have unrestricted work authorization for that country
Preferred Qualifications
Certified to deliver Command of the Message training
Experience supporting enterprise or complex solution-based selling motions
Familiarity with conversational intelligence platforms and data-driven insights
Responsibilities
Design and deliver high-impact enablement programs covering onboarding, continuous development, and methodology adoption for field-facing sales teams
Ensure program goals are tightly aligned with business unit priorities and global go-to-market strategies
Integrate and reinforce the Command of the Message methodology throughout all training, coaching, and sales tools
Partner closely with certified trainers and sales leaders to drive disciplined messaging adoption across the field organization
Champion the use of AI-powered tools to streamline content creation, personalize learning paths, and enhance coaching effectiveness and performance insights
Identify opportunities to automate and scale enablement workflows across different geographies and sales roles
Build engaging, interactive learning experiences using platforms like Docebo, Articulate, and CoPilot
Develop essential sales assets, including detailed playbooks, quick reference guides, and interactive training modules tailored to seller needs
Partner across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations to ensure all enablement programs are relevant, aligned, and impactful
Define clear success metrics, track program effectiveness, and continuously refine programs based on data, feedback, and evolving business requirements
