Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Champion global operating cadence to ensure EMEA region executes GTM strategy as extension of Global Revenue Operations
  • Design, develop, and program manage comprehensive enablement programs deployable globally with consistency in selling methodology and GTM goals
  • Partner with Revenue Operations, Sales Leadership, and Product Marketing to create scalable training curricula, design content, manage SME stakeholders, develop certification programs, and deploy continuous training frameworks
  • Build and maintain global sales playbook reflecting best practices across diverse markets
  • Leverage AI tools and automation for personalised learning paths, real-time coaching recommendations, and Enablement team work
  • Establish measurement frameworks to track program effectiveness and ROI across regions, report on progress
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to align product releases, go-to-market strategies, and enablement rollouts
  • Collaborate with regional sales and GTM leaders to identify local market dynamics, competitive landscapes, and customer behaviour patterns
  • Adapt global programs to regional needs while maintaining core methodology and brand consistency
  • Create region-specific content, case studies, and competitive battle cards for local markets
  • Build feedback loops between regional teams and global program development for continuous improvement
  • Support regional team leads in coaching and reinforcing enablement initiatives
