Responsibilities

Serve as the primary liaison with 3PL partners to ensure seamless and efficient daily operations
Oversee all aspects of ecommerce operations, including inventory stock-in, order fulfillment, shipping logistics, and issue resolution
Coordinate closely with third-party logistics providers and carriers to guarantee timely, cost-effective deliveries
Monitor and analyze shipping performance metrics, proactively identifying and implementing opportunities for improvement
Manage the returns process by overseeing returns providers and coordinating with 3PL to ensure smooth handling
Lead and supervise physical returns processing activities at 3PL facilities to maintain quality and efficiency
