Responsibilities
Sell integrated communication solutions to small-to-medium business customers
Develop relationships with individual businesses and the community, positioning the Comcast brand as a key component of the sales strategy
Assist with creation and delivery of face-to-face sales presentations promoting bundled products for optimal customer solutions
Sell with goals of exceeding departmental, financial, and unit targets
Stay abreast of competitive landscape and emerging technologies to position Comcast Business Services effectively
Generate new leads through various prospecting activities, focusing on goal achievement
Assist with developing sales territory through local business partnerships and affiliations
Retain customer base by delivering on the Comcast Credo, maintaining and building relationships, and ensuring operational efficiencies and service levels meet/exceed expectations
Prepare sales and activity reports as required
Participate in out-of-office customer meetings regularly
Promote bundled products to ensure optimal customer solutions
Own the customer experience, putting customers first with seamless digital options
Be an active part of the Net Promoter System by joining huddles, making callbacks, and elevating opportunities
