Responsibilities

  • Provides training and in-the-moment coaching to ensure associates engage consumers, make product recommendations, and leverage product knowledge to influence buying decisions
  • Ensures associates connect consumers to company loyalty programs and solicit feedback through consumer surveys
  • Supports store leadership in the execution of merchandising directives; ensures timely replenishment of the sales floor and maintains high store standards for product presentation and store cleanliness
  • Supervises and overseas assigned department of responsibility
  • Drives department sales through deep understanding of consumer needs, product training, visual merchandising, and communication of product needs and challenges with store leadership
  • Collaborates with store leadership team to ensure accurate execution of procedures and compliance with company policies
  • Works to resolve any problems or errors
  • Creates and maintains a store culture of teamwork; leads by example to high professional standards and demonstrates Columbia Sportswear Company values
