Candidates should possess at least 1 year of customer service or retail sales experience, 6 months of experience with product service support or technology repair (preferred), basic knowledge of mobile devices and operating systems, and the ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays. A passing background check (criminal and drug test) is also required.
As a Retail Sales Technician, responsibilities include providing technical expertise, troubleshooting, and repairing customer electronic devices, serving as the face of Asurion and delivering award-winning customer experiences, enhancing customer experience through the ‘serve, solve, and sell’ method, upselling Asurion products and achieving sales goals, efficiently multitasking in a dynamic retail environment, self-managing and setting priorities, and demonstrating integrity in serving, solving, and selling while listening to customer needs and providing accurate information consistent with Asurion’s values.
