Responsibilities

The Bike Technician is responsible for building and repairing bicycles according to established procedures, creating a world-class customer experience by providing passionate customer service and selling through customer engagement, specifically within the Bike Department, upholding company standards for merchandise presentation, demonstrating ability to genuinely interact with customers to show passion, knowledge, dedication, and commitment in their sport or activity, promoting company programs, achieving sales goals through selling bikes and related merchandise, assisting with the assembly of exercise equipment as needed, maintaining merchandise presentation standards and signage, adhering to established policies and procedures related to safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures, maintaining confidentiality of all Company information, and taking an all-hands-on-deck approach to support the team across the store.
