Requirements

Candidates should possess at least 2 years of tire service experience, preferably in a retail tire and service environment, along with excellent verbal communication skills and a strong customer service orientation. Responsibilities

As a Tire Service Advisor, responsibilities include selling tires to customers on the service drive to exceed assigned sales goals, inspecting customers’ cars, diagnosing tire-related problems, recommending service, quoting prices, assuring necessary repairs are completed, maintaining strong customer relationships, overseeing customer satisfaction, completing monthly market analyses, assisting in store operations, and assisting dealership technicians. Additionally, the role involves maintaining inventory, opening and closing the store, and adhering to a drug-free work environment and random drug testing requirements.
