Responsibilities
The Retail Sales Associate is responsible for providing an excellent customer experience by utilizing sales and customer service programs, educating customers about the BevMo!’s ClubBev Program and the Gopuff App, and making product recommendations. They will also perform duties such as cashiering, sales floor merchandising, replenishment, receiving, e-commerce fulfillment, maintaining store standards, assisting with operational projects, picking and packing items for dispatch, ensuring accuracy, cleaning and organizing the warehouse, receiving product from vendors, merchandising product, conducting cycle counts, re-shelving canceled orders, managing waste, and adhering to FIFO practices.
