Responsibilities

Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging and interacting with all customers and elevating customer experience
Maintain a clean and organized store environment
Adhere to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards
Drive sales through excellent customer service
Act as a product expert and brand ambassador for Skechers, guiding customers to the right product selection
Ensure floor inventory is well maintained through merchandising, stocking, and cleaning to create a premier shopping experience
Efficiently process customer transactions, discounts, returns professionally, and encourage exchanges or alternatives to maintain customer relationships
Stay up to date on the latest Skechers’ product knowledge
May be cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store to support business needs
