Candidates should have prior retail sales, cashier, or customer-focused experience preferred. They must also be able to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift up to 35 lbs. items repetitively, work extended periods standing or walking, and perform repetitive motions for short periods of time, as well as work at heights greater than 4 feet.
The Retail Sales Associate will greet customers, proactively understand their needs, and support their shopping experience, upholding company merchandising standards, promoting company programs, and adhering to established policies and procedures related to safety and standard operating procedures. They will also create an inclusive store environment, take an all-hands-on-deck approach to support the team, and perform other tasks as assigned by management.
