Requirements

Candidates should have prior retail sales, cashier, or customer-focused experience preferred. They must also be able to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift up to 35 lbs. items repetitively, and work extended periods standing or walking, as well as perform repetitive motions for short periods and work at heights greater than 4 feet.

Responsibilities

The Retail Sales Associate will greet customers and proactively approach them to understand their needs, support their shopping experience, uphold company merchandising and presentation standards, promote company programs, adhere to established policies and procedures, maintain confidentiality, create an inclusive store environment, and take an all-hands-on-deck approach to support the team across the store, performing other tasks as assigned by management.
