Actively pursuing a Highschool Diploma or equivalent
Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
Must be 16+ years of age
Customer service skills
Strong computer literacy
Self-motivated
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

Assist the customer in finding the right product for their needs and desires
Accurately and efficiently complete customer transactions
Accurate cash handling and computer procedures
Merchandising the store as directed by manager, supervisor, or lead
Answer the telephone according to Stratton’s telephone standard
Follow daily opening & closing procedures for your location
Participate in all retail/rental & corporate training programs
Know the product and services offered in your location as well as other Retail/Rental locations and the Resort as a whole
Continually exceed guests’ expectations and create memories for both guests & employees
Provide excellent customer service while selling merchandise
Contribute to the customer experience, ensuring each customer leaves satisfied
Equipment adjustment and repair may be required at some locations
