Candidates should possess at least one year of leadership experience in retail, grocery, military, or restaurant settings, along with a High School Diploma or equivalent. They must also demonstrate basic math skills, proficiency in cash handling, and a team-oriented mentality, and be able to lift up to 49 pounds.
The Key Holder will be responsible for opening and closing the store, providing excellent customer service by greeting and informing customers, assisting with inventory management tasks such as restocking and conducting counts, processing cash transactions accurately, operating scanners and cash registers, ensuring adherence to age verification policies, monitoring the sales floor for theft, maintaining store cleanliness, training new employees, and providing support for new employees during periods of high volume.
