A High School Diploma or equivalent is required, and the ability to work with fluid schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays, is essential.
The Retail Key Holder will be responsible for opening and closing the store, providing excellent customer service by greeting customers and informing them of products, assisting with inventory management tasks such as restocking and conducting counts, processing cash transactions accurately, and ensuring store cleanliness. They will also monitor the sales floor for theft, train new employees, and provide support during periods of high volume, while adhering to age verification policies and processing refunds and exchanges.
