Candidates should possess at least one year of leadership experience in retail, grocery, military, or restaurant settings, demonstrating equivalent experience. They must also have basic math skills and proficiency in cash handling, along with the ability to lift up to 49 pounds and a high school diploma or equivalent.
The Retail Key Holder will be responsible for opening and closing the store, providing excellent customer service by greeting and informing customers, assisting during periods of high volume, supporting new employees, and processing cash transactions accurately. They will also manage inventory, conduct inventory counts, ensure accuracy of prices and quantities, process refunds and exchanges, monitor the sales floor for theft, maintain store cleanliness, train new employees, and operate scanners and cash registers.
