Responsibilities

As a Key Holder, you will engage with customers to deliver expert advice on Skechers products, ensuring a positive shopping experience; supervise daily operations, including store opening and closing procedures and security protocols; mentor and support team members in entry-level retail roles; actively contribute to achieving store and individual sales targets; execute merchandising plans and restock products; maintain store cleanliness to enhance the shopping environment; oversee stock and inventory routines; and proactively identify and resolve in-store challenges to ensure a smooth shopping experience for customers.
