Responsibilities

As a Retail Key Holder, you will engage with customers to deliver expert advice on Skechers products, supervise daily operations including store opening and closing procedures, mentor and support team members in entry-level retail roles, actively contribute to achieving store and individual sales targets, execute merchandising plans, restock products, maintain store cleanliness, oversee stock and inventory routines, and proactively identify and resolve in-store challenges to ensure a positive customer experience.
