Responsibilities

  • Complete a series of placements within the South Yorkshire region (Sheffield Drakehouse), progressing every 6 months over a 2-year fixed-term graduate programme
  • Take on increasing accountability in store management
  • Deal with management issues such as disciplinaries and grievances
  • Manage rota planning and holidays
  • Contribute to store operations, colleagues, customers, and communities to drive business growth and innovation
