Responsibilities

  • Complete a series of placements within the region, progressing every 6 months
  • Take on increasing accountability in store management
  • Deal with management issues such as disciplinaries and grievances
  • Manage rota planning and holidays
  • Contribute to store operations, colleague support, customer service, and community impact
  • Develop towards becoming an operations manager in a large store or manager of an express store after 2 years
