Responsibilities
Perform merchandise protection procedures and monitor entrance and exit activity
Provide superior customer service to members, including greeting, assisting, and thanking in a prompt, friendly, and professional manner
Resolve member concerns courteously and timely, escalate to management when necessary
Review and maintain the AP Alert Binder according to AP standards
Follow BEST procedures (bottom of the cart, electronics, self-checkout, thanking the member), including cross-checking merchandise to register receipts and verifying high dollar value items
Record register receipt discrepancies and notify front line to rectify immediately
Audit Express Pay, BOPIC, Curbside Pick-up, and Same Day Delivery according to company procedures
Deliver service excellence through all points of contact and deescalate member concerns
Ensure a safe and positive environment and experience for members
Work as a team to deliver GOLD club standards daily (Fast, Friendly, Full, Fresh, Clean; Grand opening look)
