Responsibilities

  • Perform merchandise protection procedures and monitor entrance and exit activity
  • Provide superior customer service to members, including greeting, assisting, and thanking in a prompt, friendly, and professional manner
  • Resolve member concerns courteously and timely, escalate to management when necessary
  • Review and maintain the AP Alert Binder according to AP standards
  • Follow BEST procedures (bottom of the cart, electronics, self-checkout, thanking the member), including cross-checking merchandise to register receipts and verifying high dollar value items
  • Record register receipt discrepancies and notify front line to rectify immediately
  • Audit Express Pay, BOPIC, Curbside Pick-up, and Same Day Delivery according to company procedures
  • Deliver service excellence through all points of contact and deescalate member concerns
  • Ensure a safe and positive environment and experience for members
  • Work as a team to deliver GOLD club standards daily (Fast, Friendly, Full, Fresh, Clean; Grand opening look)
  • Maintain clean and organized club, inside and out
