Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, and ideally have mid or senior-level experience within the retail sector, particularly in grocery. Previous involvement in digital transformation and/or process improvement initiatives is preferred.

Responsibilities

The Retail Consultant will ensure retail partners receive exceptional day-to-day support and achieve the maximum return on investment from their partnership with Focal, driving adoption and demonstrating tangible value. They will be instrumental in driving change management and adoption by providing an exceptional onboarding experience, identifying roadblocks, and removing barriers to utilization. The role involves owning the onboarding process and ongoing engagement with customer stores, acting as the key link between the retailer and the wider Focal team, facilitating internal collaboration, and proactively addressing customer challenges. They will serve as a strategic advisor to customers, helping them define, implement, and adopt best practices, quantifying improvements, and making data-driven recommendations to deliver measurable results. Additionally, the consultant will travel to Focal enabled stores to strengthen customer engagement and adoption, and influence Focal’s product roadmap through customer enhancement requests.
