Requirements

Responsibilities

The Assistant Store Manager will mentor, coach, and motivate employees to achieve sales management goals, deliver outstanding customer service, and foster a positive work environment, ensuring the store’s daily performance is driven and sales goals are exceeded. They will also act as a brand ambassador by maintaining visual merchandising standards, managing inventory and restocking processes, overseeing store systems, supporting peak operations, and proactively addressing operational challenges and customer concerns to maintain satisfaction.
