Responsibilities

Assist the Store Manager in the daily operations of the store
Create and maintain a superior Retail experience for guests and staff
Manage and oversee the daily execution of financial goals
Oversee guest service
Motivate and manage staff
Maintain store standards and store operations
Implement and enforce company policies and procedures
Enforce corporate directives, including MMSA information (concierge)
Perform duties in the absence of the Store Manager
