Requirements

Candidates should have customer service and/or retail experience preferred, be an effective communicator, a brand ambassador, and a collaborative teammate, and demonstrate the ability to apply product sales techniques. Flexibility with scheduling and availability to work retail hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, is required, along with a minimum of 20 hours per week and availability to work 4-5 days.

Responsibilities

The Retail Assistant will use their expertise in consumer service and product knowledge to provide a premium brand experience to consumers, assist retail leads and floor managers in training new employees, support various store departments by operating cash registers, managing goods, and building displays, recommend appropriate products to reach sales targets, use digital devices to connect online and offline sales, inform consumers and teammates about NIKE products and services, and improve their knowledge through training and stay updated on sales trends and culture.
