Requirements

Candidates should have 1-3 years of experience in the FMCG, CPG, and Retail industries, along with strong analytical aptitude and proficiency in software and digital tech. Experience in presenting data analysis to stakeholders, collaborating on projects, and maintaining positive relationships in complex situations is required. Polished, persuasive communication skills, experience working with customers, and proficiency in Microsoft Office software, PowerBI, and Tableau are also necessary. Basic proficiency in R, Python, or SQL is a plus, and familiarity with NielsenIQ tools and platforms is preferred. A Bachelor’s Degree is required.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Success & Insights Analyst, the role involves partnering with customers to set objectives, drive timely outcomes and client value through data and analytics, and identify new opportunities for NielsenIQ to drive value. The position requires driving strategic thought leadership with customers, facilitating clear communications, ensuring timely delivery of data and reporting, identifying potential revenue opportunities, and working collaboratively with internal partners to ensure work is connected to customer business objectives and delivered on-time. Additionally, the role involves developing cross-functional management skills, supporting client teams, and maintaining strong relationships with customers.
