Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related discipline, and demonstrate at least two years of experience in data analysis or a similar role. Strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of statistical concepts are essential, along with the ability to interpret complex data sets and communicate findings effectively.

Responsibilities

As an Insights Analyst, you will conduct targeted research and analysis to uncover trends and actionable insights, leading qualitative interviews with tradespeople and homeowners to understand their perspectives and needs, integrating and aligning insights from multiple data sources to form a cohesive understanding, and developing strategic recommendations to enhance the platform and improve key outcomes such as lead quality, job completion rates, and user satisfaction. You will also collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product, design, analytics, and marketing to disseminate information and insights across the organization.
