Requirements

De formation supérieure bac+5, type école de commerce ou équivalent (spécialisation finance/contrôle de gestion)
Justifie de 7 ans minimum dans le contrôle de gestion supply, idéalement dans le secteur du retail ou de la distribution
Doté(e) d'un excellent sens de la communication, en véritable business Partner, sait challenger les équipes et être force de proposition
Maîtrise de l'anglais écrit et oral nécessaire
Une bonne connaissance de SAP est un plus
A déjà travaillé sur un outil EPM

Responsibilities

Manager une équipe de deux collaborateurs, participer au recrutement, à l’intégration, à la formation et au développement des compétences des collaborateurs
Participer aux clôtures mensuelles et aux différents forecasts et budgets
Accompagner les contrôleurs de gestion régionaux dans la bonne application et le déploiement de la stratégie au sein des régions
Piloter les plans de transformation
Assurer la consolidation et contribuer à la fiabilisation des résultats et des P&L des 6 régions qui composent Sysco France sur le périmètre Supply
Animer l'ensemble de ces éléments à destination du COMEX et du Groupe
Animer auprès des autres départements la production et le respect du planning des communications financières au groupe (Revues de performance, Budget, Forecasts)
Assurer le suivi, la consolidation et l’analyse de la performance supply (Productivités entrepôt et transport, Qualité de service, Masse salariale, ETP, Stocks)
