Requirements

  • Formation supérieure Scientifique ou Commerciale
  • Minimum 5 années d’expérience commerciale réussie dans la vente de biens d’équipements à forte valeur ajoutée
  • Maîtrise impérative de l’outil informatique
  • Permis de conduire valide
  • Expérience en milieu hospitalier, de préférence au contact des chirurgiens et en orthopédie (atout)
  • Maîtrise de l’anglais professionnel (atout)

Responsibilities

  • Accroissement des ventes des produits de la gamme auprès des chirurgiens et orthopédistes spécialisés
  • Prospection de nouveaux comptes
  • Proposition de solutions adaptées après analyse approfondie des besoins clients
  • Conception et mise en œuvre d’une stratégie terrain à court et moyen terme, en lien avec la stratégie Stryker pour atteindre et dépasser les objectifs de vente et opérationnels
  • Démonstration des avantages et caractéristiques produits, et de leur utilisation auprès des chirurgiens et du personnel hospitalier par le biais de formations au bloc opératoire
  • Négociation commerciale et gestion des appels d’offres, jusqu’à la conclusion du contrat
  • Suivi de la bonne exécution de la commande avec tous les interlocuteurs concernés
  • Coordination de la logistique de distribution des produits (kits de prêts, dépôts...) avec le soutien des services internes
  • Participation aux réunions d’équipes et rapports d’activité sur l’évolution des ventes
