Responsibilities

  • Analyze the market and customer needs to propose the most suitable solutions for each facility
  • Develop sales of Arthroscopy product lines (knee/shoulder implants and consumables) to hospitals and clinics
  • Manage tenders and negotiate with key stakeholders (biomedical engineers, department heads, surgeons, pharmacists)
  • Ensure product demonstrations and technical support in the operating room
  • Follow up on orders and coordinate logistics with internal teams
  • Establish rigorous activity reporting and propose action plans to achieve sales objectives
  • Actively participate in training and supporting customers on the use of devices
