Responsibilities

The Resourcing Manager will support the Programme Lead and Clinical Operations leadership team in developing a resourcing process that meets the team's needs. They will own the resource management process for the global Clinical Operations team, overseeing long, medium, and short-term resource allocation and day-to-day management. The role involves collaboration with the Clinical Operations leadership and Finance teams on reporting and forecasting resource allocation, particularly concerning gross margin tracking, and working closely with the People and Talent team regarding headcount needs.
