Candidates must have at least one year of full-cycle scheduling and/or coordination experience in a high-volume role. Excellent time management, prioritization, and organizational skills are essential, along with comfort in juggling multiple requests and timelines. Familiarity with tools such as Google Calendar, Zoom, Calendly, and Slack is required. Experience using Notion, particularly for managing and creating databases, is a plus. The role requires the candidate to be based in California or New York and be available 20-30 hours per week.
The Research Ops Coordinator will provide a unique participant experience by interfacing with research participants and customers, and refining the scheduling process. They will coordinate and schedule a high volume of user research participant interviews in an organized, timely, and consistent manner. This role involves close collaboration with researchers to ensure studies remain on track and on time.
