Candidates should possess 3+ years of experience in creative resource management or production/project management within an agency environment, along with a firm grasp of the creative process in an agency setting. They should also demonstrate top-tier Microsoft Excel skills, a systems-thinking mindset, sharp analytical skills, and be comfortable navigating a creative and fast-paced environment.
As a Resource Manager, the individual will identify areas for process enhancements and propose solutions to cultivate a connected and inclusive agency culture, own department-level resourcing and partner with leads across finance, account, project management, HR, TA, and department head, maintain team org charts and allocations, support new business efforts by prioritizing resources, identify skill set gaps and cross-training opportunities, provide strategic guidance on optimal client team structures, lead regular resourcing meetings, manage and prioritize coverage of PTO, internal projects, and global needs, conduct weekly capacity reviews, and liaise with the internal recruitment team for freelance sourcing and projections.
