Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in any field
  • Familiarity in the real estate industry is an advantage
  • Handling foreign clients is a plus
  • Sales background in brokerage, insurance, car, retail, or similar is encouraged
  • Licensed Real Estate Broker is a plus, but not required
  • Highly adaptable and amenable to flexible work schedules, including weekends and after office hours
  • Team player, hardworking, and with good customer relation skills

Responsibilities

  • Promote and lead lease and sales of properties through advertisements, digital marketing, open houses, and participation in various sales and marketing initiatives
  • Establish strong network of potential clients and maintain good and healthy relationships with them
  • Carefully and efficiently present the project to prospective clients and enlighten them on the advantages of acquiring properties
  • Negotiate with the client on the final settlement value price and specific payment scheme suitable to the client's financial capacity
  • Guide clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters
  • Keep new and existing clients satisfied through delivery of exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis by attending to their needs, including answering inquiries & follow-ups, sending timely updates, providing end-to-end assistance from prospecting to after sales, and going the extra mile
  • Organize and submit documentary requirements and collection of payments in a timely manner to ensure target sales bookings and ideal client satisfaction are achieved
  • Gain feedback from clients to discuss their needs and evaluate the quality of the company’s relationship with them
  • Meet required sales target on a quarterly basis
