Responsibilities

The Residential Helper will ride on the vehicle while servicing customers on a designated route, assisting the Driver in providing waste removal services. They will operate the packing mechanism, clean waste from the packer blade and truck body, perform vehicle inspections, interact courteously with customers and dispatchers, monitor waste for unacceptable materials, clean up spills, and maintain adherence to productivity standards and safety policies. They will also perform other job-related duties as assigned.
