Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with good industrial experience, preferably in an Engineering, scientific, or earth sciences discipline or relevant industry experience within product line
  • Great experience in Reservoir Navigation Services or geo-steering
  • Good interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Knowledge of drilling, LWD, and wireline tools and measurements
  • Excellent proficiency and knowledge in RT log analysis
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and/or deadlines
  • Good oral and written communication skills (facility with other languages is a plus)

Responsibilities

  • Running complex, high-risk jobs
  • Building geosteering modelling
  • Coordinating expertise in one or more engineering and science disciplines across the technology project portfolio, assuring rigor is applied through the design and development processes
  • Ensuring needed personnel skills and expertise are in place across the organization for the discipline
  • Recognizing problems and providing solutions to mitigate or eliminate these
  • Working well with colleagues and customers across all businesses and cultures
  • Managing multiple projects and/or deadlines
