Deployment Engineer
Collaborative Robotics- Full Time
- Junior (1 to 2 years)
Candidates should possess familiarity with hardware assembly and disassembly, including experience with computer hardware and small electrical components, and be comfortable communicating with both technical and non-technical teammates. A willingness to learn about robotics, artificial intelligence, machine learning, and machine learning is desired, along with the ability to collaborate effectively on platforms such as Slack and GoogleMeet/Hangout.
The Reserve Engineer will learn and maintain Cobalt’s robot hardware, communicate repair and project details, ensure hardware failures are addressed and resolved safely and timely, assist with field operation projects and new robot deployments, be dispatched to client sites to resolve hardware failures, report to a Regional Project Manager, and provide excellent customer service to clients, potentially working outside of standard business hours and on weekends.
