Requirements

Candidates must have a degree in Administrative-Economic, Chemical-Biological, or Humanities fields, with intermediate English language skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Responsibilities

The Sales Representative will be responsible for achieving sales quotas for promoted products, driving market growth and share, and accurately targeting physicians. They must maintain required visit frequencies with doctors and pharmacies, position products effectively in physicians' minds, and ensure product availability at points of sale by working with pharmacists. Responsibilities also include managing resources, particularly medical samples, engaging in self-learning and training on sales skills and medical topics, and meeting medical visit Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). This includes ensuring full physician file coverage, achieving a 95% visit frequency, and making sound decisions regarding physician file additions and removals. Comprehensive training and preparation for managing all Gynecology brands, with a specific focus on certification for a new In Vitro Fertilization (IVF) product indication, is also a key responsibility.
