Field Sales Manager

Candidates should have demonstrable experience working as a Sales Executive and Product Promoter in the field, with a passion for developing strategies to increase sales through activities focused on promoting the company's product portfolio and increasing sales in retail channels. Experience in working with merchandising agencies, customer teams, and store directors is required. Familiarity with data analysis tools and systems for analyzing field information to drive superior in-store execution is also necessary.
The Sales Representative will be responsible for driving in-store execution initiatives, including negotiating in-store visibility and off-shelf presence, negotiating with merchandising agencies, training merchandising teams, ensuring space rental compliance, guaranteeing product availability, managing store openings, leading store checks, conducting business reviews, and promoting conceptual sales to highlight brand superiority. They will also be responsible for providing coaching and mentorship to the merchandising team and ensuring the maintenance of P&G solutions.
