Responsibilities

  • Assurer le suivi des demandes entrantes (inbound leads) et qualifier les opportunités via des appels exploratoires
  • Effectuer des approches de prospection (courriels, LinkedIn, appels) et de suivi auprès de clients potentiels
  • Mettre en place des campagnes de prospection (appels, courriels, LinkedIn, événements)
  • Participer à la préparation et présentation, validation et mise à jour des contrats, pitch decks et présentations commerciales
  • Coordonner et collaborer à la rédaction de réponses aux appels d’offres
  • Maintenir une communication proactive avec les prospects pour les faire progresser dans l’entonnoir de vente
  • Travailler en collaboration avec les équipes marketing et ventes pour aligner les campagnes de génération de leads
  • Maintenir à jour les informations clients et opportunités dans le CRM
  • Fournir un soutien administratif et opérationnel à l’équipe des ventes et marketing
  • Participer à des événements liés à la représentation de la firme (foires, salons, webinaires, réseautage)
  • Participer à l’amélioration continue des processus de ventes et de prospection
