Requirements

Strong communication and interpersonal skills: Ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
Excellent presentation skills: Ability to convey complex information to non-technical stakeholders
Relational Databases: Experience with relational databases such as Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle
SQL: Proficiency in Structured Query Language (SQL)
Data Analysis & Reporting Tools: Expertise in data analysis and reporting tools, including Excel, Power BI, and similar platforms
KPI & SLA Reporting: Understanding of KPI and SLA reporting
Service Management Frameworks: Familiarity with ITIL or other service management frameworks
Industry Experience: Experience working in the water utility industry, specifically smart metering, would be an advantage
Detail-oriented, strategic thinker with a strong analytical background

Responsibilities

Support the implementation of a reporting platform to centralize data available within the business
Collect and organize data from various internal and external sources, ensuring data quality and accuracy
Design, generate, and maintain regular reports that provide actionable insights for senior management
Develop and maintain comprehensive reporting and performance measurement tools to track the effectiveness of our services
Use data visualization tools to create dashboards that provide clear and actionable insights into service metrics
Assist with ad-hoc reporting requests and data analysis as needed
Present data and insights to senior management on projects, service performance, and business cases for new products and services
Identify opportunities for process automation and improvements to reporting workflows
