Requirements

Typically 2–5 years of working experience
Ability to continually stand for long hours
Capability to regularly bend, twist, stoop, and reach
Ability to consistently handle, lift, and push product and equipment up to 50 lbs
Must be reliable and report consistently to scheduled shift, including overtime hours
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities

Responsibilities

Perform simple to moderately complex troubleshooting and repairs of returned computing products
Prepare returned product for disassembly
De-integrate returned computer products
Perform software loading, product testing, and system configuration per build plan
Process and transfer product
Perform Eval/Triage repair and re-integrate products
Create and apply product labeling
Pack-out product and maintain all product documentation
