Requirements

  • Typically 2–5 years of working experience
  • Ability to continually stand for long hours
  • Capability to regularly bend, twist, stoop, and reach
  • Ability to consistently handle, lift, and push product and equipment up to 50 lbs
  • Must be reliable and report consistently to scheduled shift, including overtime hours

Responsibilities

  • Perform simple to moderately complex troubleshooting and repairs of returned computing products
  • Prepare returned product for disassembly
  • De-integrate returned computer products
  • Perform software loading, product testing, and system configuration per build plan
  • Process and transfer product
  • Perform Eval/Triage repair and re-integrate products
  • Create and apply product labeling
  • Pack-out product and maintain all product documentation
