Responsibilities

  • Analyzing Rental Power Fleets operations to develop a phase-out program and strategy to rebuild or resell the units inside or outside the Caterpillar Dealer Channel
  • Conducting market/competitive research to identify new used market opportunities and industry trends across the globe to increase returns in the Rental business
  • Establishing metrics to monitor and review the effectiveness of existing used strategies; suggesting necessary interventions for improvement
  • Maintaining effective internal communications with the DSD and the Rental & Used team to develop, discuss, and align the marketing strategies
