Responsibilities

Analyzing Rental Power Fleets operations to develop a phase-out program and strategy to rebuild or resell the units inside or outside the Caterpillar Dealer Channel
Conducting market/competitive research to identify new used market opportunities and industry trends across the globe to increase returns in the Rental business
Establishing metrics to monitor and review the effectiveness of existing used strategies; suggesting necessary interventions for improvement
Maintaining effective internal communications with the DSD and the Rental & Used team to develop, discuss, and align the marketing strategies
