The Renewals Sales Representative will manage a book of software subscription renewals, aiming to close all contracts before expiration and meet quarterly targets. Responsibilities include maintaining engagement with channel partners and customers, collaborating with internal sales and customer success teams, discussing renewal pricing, generating sales opportunities in SFDC, and forecasting renewal business. The role also involves investigating lost renewals and presenting in customer business reviews.
