Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 2 years in Sales Operations, Sales Support, Account Management, Customer Service, or a related area
  • Skilled in leading discussions with clients and internal teams to identify, clarify, and capture complex requirements, and develop effective solutions
  • Proven track record of increasing revenues within existing accounts (a plus)
  • Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders
  • Good attention to detail with proven organizational and administrative skills
  • Good understanding of the sales process and timing, with the ability to close renewal sales over the phone
  • Proficient in the latest versions of Microsoft Office products
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with Salesforce.com (a plus)

Responsibilities

  • Take full ownership of renewals, from preparing quotes to closing deals
  • Build strong relationships with customers and guide them through the renewal journey
  • Partner with Account Managers and teams across Marketing, Implementation, Finance, and Legal
  • Spot opportunities to improve processes, campaigns, and customer health checks
  • Keep everything on track in Salesforce while analyzing renewal performance
