Why You'll Love This Role

We are seeking a Remote Ops Analyst to operationalize Cribl's remote work operational model. Through effective project management, this role will drive organizational efficiency, foster a culture of knowledge sharing, and further embed systems and process thinking across the organization. As part of the Business Operations team, this role will be instrumental in executing our company's knowledge and project management strategy and in support of a remote-first work environment.

This role is critical in transforming Cribl's approach to remote-first operations, positioning the company for success in an increasingly digital and remote-first world. By focusing on strategic initiatives, digital transformation, and remote-first preparedness, this operational role addresses Cribl's immediate knowledge management needs. It also provides hands-on skill for evolving the company’s project management and cross-functional collaboration needs at scale.

Within the first year, this role will:

  • Drive knowledge management initiatives that make Cribl more efficient.
  • Leverage Cribl’s tool stack to systematically validate business critical information.
  • Create training and how-to materials for labeling, validating, and deprecating information at Cribl.

Responsibilities

Content Strategy Development and Maintenance

  • Partner with Remote Ops leader to project manage a knowledge management strategy aligned with Cribl's business objectives, ensuring seamless knowledge access and collaboration in a distributed work environment.
  • Ensure quality of information is high: culling old content, combining redundant resources, and increasing findability and discoverability.
  • Partner closely with functional partners across GTM, ProdEng, and G&A to ensure the content shared across the company represents the latest and greatest materials and content.

Digital Enablement

  • Partner with Cribl’s IT team to support the implementation of effective knowledge management technologies to enhance accessibility and collaboration.
  • Leverage the full capabilities of Cribl’s digital tool stack to make information easier to find and trust; namely, through using Glean Collections to validate assets on Google Drive and team-specific repositories.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with People, IT, and other departments to integrate knowledge management into core business processes and onboarding forums.
  • Operationalize remote ops strategies to break down information silos and promote cross-functional knowledge sharing.

Change Management and Adoption

  • Develop training programs and resources to empower employees in effective knowledge creation, sharing, and utilization.
  • Create systems which empower Cribl teammates to contribute, not just consume.

Remote First Preparedness

  • Implement and enable best practices for asynchronous communication and documentation to support remote work.
  • Create guidelines for virtual knowledge-sharing and project management programs.

Qualifications

If You've Got It - We Want It

  • Proven track record in operationalizing and implementing knowledge management strategies.
  • Experience with driving adoption of new technologies and processes (e.g. Fathom, Smartsheets, Asana).
