The Knowledge Management Analyst should have experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining knowledge management systems. Familiarity with Salesforce Service Cloud Knowledge Management System and content authoring techniques is required. Experience with data analysis for information usage and knowledge gaps is also necessary.
The Knowledge Management Analyst will manage knowledge content for Residential Operations teams and homeowner-facing FAQs. They will collaborate with departments to capture, organize, and disseminate knowledge, create and maintain documentation, facilitate knowledge sharing sessions, and monitor the effectiveness of KM initiatives. Responsibilities also include analyzing information usage data, working with Subject Matter Experts to update knowledge assets, reporting on knowledge article usage, and ensuring clear communication on knowledge-related projects.
