A minimum internet requirement of 100ms ping/latency, 25MBPS download, 5MPBS upload, and 0% packet loss is essential for remote work, and employees must provide their own internet connection.
The Remote Call Center - Residential Sales Rep will respond to inbound calls from residential customers inquiring about their existing service, build customer and brand loyalty by addressing inquiries and handling customer needs with professionalism, create customized solutions to acquire new business utilizing sales tactics, proactively promote Republic Services products and services, provide sales support to existing customers, and meet or exceed performance metrics around customer experience, sales activity, and sales revenue. They will also utilize excellent verbal and written communication skills, assist other functions as needed, exemplify quality and efficiency, and perform other job-related duties as assigned, while adhering to training schedules and remote work requirements.
