Requirements

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or GED and have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a call center or sales environment. Strong verbal, written, typing, and interpersonal communication skills are required, along with strong research, investigation, and problem-resolution skills. Spanish bilingual fluency in a business environment is also a requirement. Candidates must have a hard-wired internet connection meeting specific ping, latency, download, upload, and packet loss requirements, and be willing to work any 40-hour week between 7:30 am and 6:30 pm PST, Monday through Friday, and be on video for internal meetings and trainings.

Responsibilities

Respond to inbound calls from business customers inquiring about products and services, building customer and brand loyalty by addressing inquiries professionally. Create customized solutions to acquire new business using learned sales tactics, and proactively promote products and services to existing customers for cross/up-sell opportunities. Provide sales support for account changes and perform sales retention using learned sales tactics. Meet or exceed performance metrics related to customer experience, sales activity, and sales revenue. Assist the sales team focused on Residential customers as needed, performing other job-related duties as assigned.
